Legislation is stringent, and regulations cover mail, door-to-door and telephone marketing. More information is available here on www.tietosuoja.fi.

Postal Service: Post Finland deals with everything and addressed bulk mail is discounted from 1000 items; unaddressed mail must number 500 items to qualify. There is a reply paid service covering Scandinavia, Finland, Denmark and Iceland; other international services are sub-contracted. Finnish Freepost is limited to inland mail.
