Direct Marketing: There are basically three major hurdles in the way of direct marketing in France, all of which consist of lists: the Robinson List (UFMD), the Orange list (telesales) and the Safran list (Spam faxes). Copies of alll databases in France must be sent to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Liberté; they are reachable on +33 1 533 73 22 22.

Postal Service: La Poste provides a service called Publiposte for mailshots, both inland and domestic. Inland services include bulk rates on both addressed and unaddressed mail; unaddressed mailshots can be targeted to hit particular types of housing and income groups. On an international level, addressed mail is discounted from 15kg. Ask for details of Chronopost, when you apply for information. The address is below:
