Direct Marketing: For 24 years now Norway has been subject to stringent data protection controls, including list-making, swapping and exporting. Post Office services will, however, help with list-making, targeting and delivery.

Postal Service: Bulk mail services include C-post, which requires a minimum of 500 items and delivery can take up to a couple of weeks. Unaddressed mail-outs must be uniform in constituent items; an international business reply service is available.
